| The aim of the project was to examine how knowledge of Human Factors could be applied to the requirements stage of a project such that the resulting product would match the knowledge and skills of the users. The project involved close collaboration with ICL product teams. A number of tools and techniques were designed, tested and refined through a series of workshops held within the company. The main outcome was prototype methodology for user-centred requirements capture. The methodology was ultimately adopted as part of the ICL ‘Marketing to Design’ company strategy. | ||
